As company grows it's more of a Quicken vibe. Depends what team and department you are in. It has some good benefits people are nice but has clicks and not family vibe they say they have. People that have been with the company before the large growth get treated superior. Can be very high school like depending on what department and team you are on. Overall good for young grads. Not experienced individuals.
