I want to start off by saying they do great work once they arrive to your home and execute on your expectations. But, getting in contact with this company is a NIGHTMARE.....NIGHTMARE. They do not return calls, respond to emails at all. They fail to give you a Estimated time of review or a definitive time on when you should expect a quote. The receptionist states she will call you back by COB. Tick tock goes the days and weeks and you never hear back. I've requested to speak with the owner, Matt and was told he would call me back....Tick ..Tock.. nothing. Adding additional services other than weekly mow service is torture. Either automate the process and receive the orders on the back end or tell your clients you are to capacity for the season. This company has terrible customer service.
