Horrible! The positive reviews can not be legit. We moved from colorado to Michigan and did not yet have a vet when my cat got injured. She needed treatment immediately. A Google search showed this vet as the closest to us and they were open Saturday so we called and they said we could come in right away. When the vet saw my cat he asked me what needed to be done. He then proceeded to take my cat's temperature with a thermometer he did not clean afterwards and just put back in it's case. This instantly gave me a bad impression then he grabbed something off the shelf and started force-feeding my cat I stopped him and asked what it was and all he said was it's a high calorie food. He then said the cat does not have a temperature and nothing's wrong with her heart so she was ok. Ummmmmm what? He didn't even examine her or look for her injury. I felt like this can't be real. It was so crazy. I grabbed my cat & told him we're leaving. He had no clue what he was doing & we walked right out the door. How he has a license or in business is beyond me. I will be filling a serious complaint once I figure out where to do so. I hope he gets shut down. Please please please do not ever bring your animal here. I was almost in tears as I called other vets to get my cat in somewhere else because I felt so guilty for bringing my cat to this horrible place.
