Belle Tire at 1650 West Maple Road, Troy, Michigan.

Today we approached regarding tire rotation and we were informed about all 4 tires needs replacement. When I mentioned that I bought all four Michelin MX-V Primacy tires from your shop they quickly checked and said that 2 tires will come under limited warranty and first two tires no warranty applies because there is some tread 2.3 difference issue. I talked to Michelin on this issue and they mentioned that the full tire inspection has to be done visual as well as dismount the tire for inspection. This was not done and the manager wasn't helpful in this regard. I will never buy tires from this store. I always use to go Belle tires for many years and today my opinion changed.
